We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our amazing global team!

This is a hands-on recruiting position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work in a dynamic , growing environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our hiring managers to drive the recruitment strategy and support our growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process globally.
  • Nurture talent through our hiring processes ensuring the highest standards of candidate experience as well as striving for a competitive time to offer period.
  • Leverage multiple sources to help us identify exceptional active and passive talent
  • Provide hiring analytics and insights to the management when required .
  • Be Involved with various cross-organizational recruitment projects .
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to streamline and expedite the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience recruiting as part of an internal talent acquisition team in a tech oriented scaling organization.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to recruit in various locations (IL, US, Europe) according to the changing needs of the organization .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
  • Exposure to various recruiting tools and systems, deep knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Analytical and results-oriented approach
