We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior CSM, native English & fluent Hebrew speaker to join our growing US customer success team at Visitt. In this pivotal role, you'll drive excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing team operations, cultivating strong client relationships, and implementing strategies for enhanced customer engagement and retention. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding support and in contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our customer success initiatives in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for customer account growth and retention across all US accounts, set strategies, and be accountable for the team KPIs
  • Be the account portfolio owner of key enterprise accounts and proactively interact with customers and improve their account usage
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with decision-making executives and operational managers
  • Own end-to-end of a customer life cycle of the Visitt product and service from pre-onboarding through the lifetime of the account
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, that promotes excellent service standards, focused on achieving customer satisfaction
  • Use data to inform decisions and strategies for customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer success strategies

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer success SaaS experience
  • The ability to wear several hats, from engaging with C-Level executives, providing support to maintenance engineers, to performing day-to-day tedious tasks, all while bringing the same energy to each
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools and processes
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • A passion for service excellence and improving customer experiences
  • You have a highly structured work approach, ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
  • You are comfortable in a startup environment; are self-motivated, move quickly, adapt, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and data-driven personality
  • Native English & fluent Hebrew
  • Work in New York with flexibility to travel
