As the Director of Sales Engineering you will lead and scale the global SE team. Define pre-sales strategy, best practices, and technical sales enablement. Coach SEs on discovery, demos, and solution design. Partner with sales leadership to align technical resources with business goals.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, with 3+ in leadership.
Deep understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise sales cycles.
Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
