Ask-AI is an Enterprise AI platform designed to transform how organizations equip their employees and serve their customers. Ask-AI provides a single platform that allows companies to connect a variety of knowledge sources (Docs, Comms, Tickets, KBs, etc.) and build out an array of use cases using generative AI (Employee Assistant, Customer Self-Service, Voice of Customer, Account Analysis, Knowledge Base, AI Apps, etc.).

By leveraging Ask-AI, enterprise teams are able to set a foundational AI strategy that satisfies use cases across multiple departments, avoids tool sprawl, and helps consolidate their tech stack.

Ask-AI is a series A company that has found significant traction growing 3X YoY, a 97% GRR, and a 75% WAU:MAU ratio (similar to Slack).

Founded by Alon Talmor, an PhD in AI/NLP and a former Chief Data Scientist at Salesforce, the company is supported by a team of leading NLP PhDs and Professors and has offices in Toronto and Tel Aviv, positioning it for continued growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Account Manager to own the expansion and retention of our customers in Israel. You’ll manage some of Israel’s top accounts (Monday.com, HiBob, Armis, Yotpo, etc) building relationships with stakeholders across departments like Support, Success, Sales, and IT to help them define, set and execute on their AI strategies.

Ask-AI provides a unique, proven and repeatable expansion motion for Account Managers. You'll be responsible for increasing adoption of the Ask-AI platform through growth to new teams, development of new use cases and launch of additional product offerings.

The ideal candidate is ready to own a book of business and direct customer relationships. There is an opportunity to define the Israeli AM practice and build out a team to support the region.

Areas of Focus

  • Set and execute on a shared vision with our customers resulting in the growth and retention of revenue.
  • Forecast and achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning.
  • Establish yourself as your customer’s primary AI Business Consultant and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a variety of personas to help define additional use cases for AI and expand our presence to new departments.
  • Work in partnership with our Customer Success team to ensure customers realize and can communicate value from their deployments.
  • Work closely with our leadership and product teams to identify areas of opportunity in our customer base for new solutions and feedback.
  • Effectively communicate our future product vision & roadmap with customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Proven experience driving significant growth within an existing book of business.
  • Experience selling a platform with multiple products and pricing models.
  • Strong track record of selling to multiple personas (e.g., Support, Success, IT, Sales).
  • Ability to manage enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Motivated about the future of AI and ready to apply new tools and processes to improve the AM function
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
