About the Job

We’re looking for a passionate Implementation Manager/Customer Onboarding Manager to drive the successful onboarding and adoption of Ask-AI's platform among our customers. You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration, and enabling customers to achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will focus on facilitating a smooth Proof of Concept (POC) process and driving high conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of SaaS solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience.

About the Role

As an Implementation Manager/Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customers realize the full potential of Ask-AI by leading seamless onboarding processes, driving POC success, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Areas of Focus

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Define, track, and achieve POC conversion goals to maximize customer adoption and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align on customer expectations and success criteria.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Identify potential roadblocks early and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Ask-AI with customer environments.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including training guides and best practices.
  • Monitor customer engagement during the onboarding phase and recommend strategies to enhance adoption.
  • Track key metrics such as time to value (TTV), onboarding completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate feedback from customers to internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience driving successful onboarding and adoption processes.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and technical onboarding processes.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving POC conversion targets.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with engineering teams for resolution.
  • Passion for AI technology and its impact on business transformation.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
