By leveraging Ask-AI, enterprise teams are able to set a foundational AI strategy that satisfies use cases across multiple departments, avoids tool sprawl, and helps consolidate their tech stack.

Ask-AI is a series A company that has found significant traction growing 3X YoY, a 97% GRR, and a 75% WAU:MAU ratio (similar to Slack).

Founded by Alon Talmor, an PhD in AI/NLP and a former Chief Data Scientist at Salesforce, the company is supported by a team of leading NLP PhDs and Professors and has offices in Toronto and Tel Aviv, positioning it for continued growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team as the founding PMM. This person will work closely with our leadership team to dial in how we bring our platform to market by focusing our messaging, position and to go to market strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate the value of our solutions to core persona, ensuring alignment with market needs, and creating content that drives adoption and revenue growth This role is perfect for some looking to make their mark on a fast paced, innovative company and is ready to get their hands dirty across the entire business.

Areas of Focus

Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing solutions.
  • Define target markets and craft clear value propositions for each audience.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.

Positioning & Messaging

  • Craft compelling, differentiated messaging that highlights Ask-AI’s unique value.
  • Translate technical product features into clear, customer-facing benefits.

Customer, Market, and Competitive Research

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Use insights to guide product strategy and refine messaging.

Content Creation and Management

  • Oversee the development of key assets like product datasheets, whitepapers, and blog posts.
  • Partner with content teams to create customer stories, use-case libraries, and buyer enablement materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns with content tailored for multiple channels.
