About the Role:

As we continue to scale our business, our Global People Team is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can help the People Team manage timelines and projects, uses data to drive decision making, and can work across different stakeholder groups in an quickly changing environment.

This role will touch all areas of focus for the People Team, including our People strategy, People business operations, as well as managing how we operate as a People team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the global People Leadership Team to support the implementation of global projects driving the greatest impact for our employees.
• Work closely with each project’s leader and present project progress, identify blockers and define clear action items to each project member. Align all stakeholders on the agreed action plan and assigned tasks and track progression until completion.
• Identify and design cross-functional People Team projects. Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables while overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate and execute strategic projects, including People Team and Executive Team Off-Sites.
• Assist in planning and executing Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive the agenda for People Team meetings, ensuring topics are relevant and objectives are met.
• You will support the development and ongoing maintenance of a People Team calendar to help the team align on priorities and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with business leadership, People Partners, and Centers of Excellence to gather and document project/program outcomes/benefits and report out on progress.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience working as a Project Manager, preferably in HR or related field
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced dynamic environment
• Collaborative with a natural orientation towards driving results
• Proactive - investigate best practices, trends and innovations; use the knowledge to help shape our annual plan and priorities. Understand impact of emerging trends and their implications for our People practices
