Summary
Axonius is looking for an experienced Manager, Order Management comfortable working in a high growth, fast-paced technology organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, this role is responsible for providing full service support as we build and scale our team globally, including reviewing non-standard deals for booking to ensure all orders meet company bookings policies and revenue guidelines. This role will interact with customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Channel & Alliances, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure that value is realized for the customer and sales objectives are aligned with the growth of our business. Reporting to the Senior Director, Deal Desk, this role will work closely to identify process gaps, add automation where appropriate, help to drive scalable solutions, and facilitate training as needed. The candidate must be able to communicate well with customers and partners, and should be focused on increasing operational efficiency in Q2C with a data-driven approach.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating innovative solutions to the wide-range of challenges in our high-growth global business as we expand and scale.
  • Serve as Order Management subject matter expert to counterparts in Finance & Accounting, Sales, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Business Systems teams on all operational activities related to deal closure and opportunity management.
  • Partner with the Sales and Deal Desk teams to provide white-glove service reviewing and structuring material and complex Non-Standard deals.
  • Assist with managing and developing a growing team of OM Analysts.
  • Update and develop additional methods to track team KPIs, through reporting and dashboards.
  • Provide a combination of technical and business expertise to the Business Systems team and assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives. Identify challenges, recommend solutions, and lead the execution of process and system changes.
  • Be hands-on with operational activities that achieve tactical and strategic objectives; this includes internal requests from business partners as well as externally from customers, document signatures, and any ad-hoc requests at peak periods during fiscal quarter and year ends.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX key controls. Assist in the preparation and approval of monthly reconciliation reports as needed.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure implementation of standardized processes and workflows in line with industry best practice. Identify new policy changes that will help the company scale.
  • Contribute to an effective change management strategy to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and develop best practices for change implementation on future projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance, or equivalent technical degree. 6+ years’ experience in order management, revenue operations, or a related field, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • SaaS company experience required. Must have an understanding of SaaS subscription models, contract and pricing strategies, and general revenue recognition.
  • Experienced people manager preferred, minimum 4+ years.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, NetSuite or other ERP systems required. Additional proficiency with forecasting tools (Clari, Gong) a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, macros, etc).
  • Ability to understand and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, skills. Must have executive presence.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results driven.

$147,000$170,000 USD
