The Partner Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for developing and implementing co-marketing plans and initiatives with key strategic partners with the goal of generating channel pipeline for the EMEA region. This role will partner closely with the EMEA Sales and Channel Sales teams as well as Marketing to develop a go-to-market plan supported by enablement activities, marketing campaigns and events. A successful candidate should have proven experience working with Distributors,Reseller Partners, and Technology Alliance Partners, owning and managing a variety of responsibilities including demand generation activities, channel enablement and development of partner relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Channel Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute and analyze co-marketing demand generation campaigns to increase overall channel business including, webinars, digital campaigns, account based marketing and more.
  • Develop creative approaches to engage our channel throughout the partner journey to bolster partner engagement and drive awareness.
  • Successfully forecast, evaluate, measure, and report on program effectiveness and ROI.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and manage all marketing aspects of the EMEA partner strategy including events and programs, in conjunction with our broader sales and marketing goals.
  • Own the management and operations of the EMEA Axonius Partner Advisory Council (PAC) including planning, execution and communication for our yearly summit.
  • Work closely with the Axonius sales team to identify and develop key strategic partners within target regions.

Partner Enablement and Communication

  • Generate partner specific content to support our strategic partners and improve overall program engagement and adoption.
  • Own the channel marketing communication strategy for all EMEA partners including communication copywriting, planning, and analysis.
  • Develop To Partner and Through Partner enablement and promotional content by working closely with various departments such as Sales, Brand Marketing and Product Marketing.

  • Influences stakeholders effectively: you are a strong communicator and are able to effectively share your vision to peers and cross-functional leadership.
  • Has a clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing. Experience in cybersecurity is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute strategic campaigns with business partners.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with a variety of demand generation approaches: digital, events, webinars, inbound, account based marketing, etc.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, proactive and thoughtful with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to support campaigns as needed.
