As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join the Data group in our Product Department. This role is critical for shaping how we define, measure, and improve our product KPIs and for building scalable data tools that enable the entire company to make better product decisions.
What your day will look like:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ownership
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define, refine, and continuously improve our product KPIs leveraging ML & AI
- Build scalable data tools and frameworks (such as a streamlit application) that enable analysts and Data Ops to insert data driven value into the product
- Translate business challenges into structured data problems, guiding your team through analysis and delivering actionable insights
- Standardize methodologies and establish best practices in KPI definition, event tracking, and product measurement across the organization
- Own end-to-end product analytics workflows: from data collection and modeling, through analysis, to stakeholder communication (at production level)
- Present insights, recommendations, and KPI reviews to senior leadership to drive product strategy and execution
- Partner with Data Science to define label quality, evaluate models, and design feedback loops that improve AI-driven features
- Drive automation and efficiency in analytics by developing internal tools, data pipelines, and self-service dashboards
Reach out if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or related fields, with at least 2+ years in a management/leadership role
- Proven experience defining and scaling product KPIs that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python, with the ability to guide your team technically when needed
- Experience building or overseeing data tools, automation, or internal analytics platforms (e.g., tagging systems, KPI monitoring frameworks)
- Deep familiarity with product analytics methodologies: event tracking, funnel analysis, retention, experimentation, and A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms such as clustering, classification, and anomaly detection, and applying them to product insights and KPI frameworks
- Proven record of collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in a SaaS environment, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Strong statistical foundations (hypothesis testing, causal inference, regression, time-series forecasting)
- Experience working with product analytics tools and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel)
- Excellent data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- High ownership mindset, with the ability to balance strategic direction and hands-on execution
Advantages:

- Experience with cloud data stacks (Snowflake, AWS, dbt, Databricks etc.)
- Previous track record of building analytics teams, processes, or internal data products
