About Bites

Bites is an AI frontline enablement platform. Companies with large deskless workforces — retail, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing and healthcare — use Bites to train, update and engage their employees through short, mobile-first content delivered where they already work. Founded in 2020, Bites is headquartered in Tel Aviv with a growing team in the US and serves enterprise customers worldwide.

The role

Reports to: Chief Customer Officer (CCO)

Content is at the heart of what Bites delivers to customers. We are looking for a Head of Content Operations to lead our global content team of around 10 people and own how content work gets done: intake, prioritization, allocation, delivery, quality and performance.

This is an operations leadership role, not a creative-director role. You will take a busy, talented team working across Israel and abroad and turn it into a predictable, measurable delivery engine — with clear priorities, reliable deadlines, consistent quality and KPIs that show where we stand and where to improve.

What you'll do

  • Manage, coach and develop the content team in Israel and abroad, including hiring and onboarding as the team grows
  • Own the intake of content requests from customers and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product) and prioritize the work against business needs
  • Allocate tasks across the team by capacity, expertise and priority, and keep the workload balanced
  • Own deadlines and delivery: track every project from request to hand-off and make sure it ships on time
  • Run quality assurance and final review of deliverables so that everything leaving the team meets Bites' standard
  • Define, build and track KPIs at the individual and team level
  • Measure productivity, turnaround time, revision rates, customer satisfaction and quality, and act on what the data shows
  • Continuously improve the department's processes, tools and workflows, including the use of AI tools in production
  • Serve as the main point of contact for other departments on content capacity, timelines and status

What we're looking for

  • 4–6+ years of experience, with a significant part in managing teams and running operations
  • Proven experience managing workload, capacity and delivery for a team of 8+ people
  • Strong prioritization skills: you can take competing requests from many stakeholders and turn them into a clear plan
  • Hands-on experience building and managing KPIs and using data to drive team performance
  • High standards for quality and a structured approach to quality control
  • Process-minded and comfortable designing and improving workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience in a SaaS company or in a content, creative, localization or production environment
  • Experience managing a distributed or offshore team across time zones
  • Familiarity with project-management and workflow tools (e.g. Monday, Asana, Notion, Jira)
  • Experience with AI content-generation tools and how they fit into a production workflow

What we offer

  • Leadership of a global team at a fast-growing SaaS company where content directly drives customer value
  • The mandate to build the processes and KPIs the department runs on
  • Direct work with company leadership and every customer-facing team
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
