The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling our SaaS platform to health systems and large practices across the US. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demoing, to closing—and will play a critical role in scaling our customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. This includes proactive forecasting and management of your overall sales funnel
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and requirements
- Collaborate with business development and customer success teams to drive engagement and adoption
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Who You Are
- You have at least 3 years of experience selling clinical IT software solutions to US health systems and practices
- You’ve worked in a startup environment and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings
- You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- You are passionate about researching your client needs and aligning these with our key value propositions
- You are target-driven and motivated by hitting and exceeding sales goals
- You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a collaborative attitude
- You are based in the US and authorized to work in the US
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling to clinical stakeholders (e.g. Department chairs, CMIOs, CNIOs)
- Experience with consultative sales cycles in healthcare
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
