Responsibilities

• Own and drive product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering to define scalable product solutions and translate requirements into clear specifications.
• Lead customer discovery efforts, including product discussions with enterprise healthcare customers to understand needs and validate solutions.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and customer priorities.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Quickly develop a deep understanding of C8 Health’s data systems, architecture, and product capabilities.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong startup mindset with high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical orientation, with the ability to understand complex data systems, architectures, and technical tradeoffs.
• Experience leading customer-facing product discussions and discovery with enterprise customers.
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience building healthcare or health data products.

Additional Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Experience with documentation and process tools (e.g. Confluence, LucidChart, Shortcut, etc.).
• Experience working with global or distributed teams.
