Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of our revenue team. You will own the systems, data, processes, and analytics that power our sales and marketing functions. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who loves building — you will shape how we run our CRM, manage our marketing automation, and turn data into decisions that drive growth in the US healthcare market.
You will be a key partner to our sales leaders, marketers, and executive team, ensuring every tool and process is optimized for performance, accuracy, and scale.
What You’ll OwnCRM & Sales Operations (Salesforce)- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator and architect, managing configuration, customization, and system health.
- Design and maintain sales processes, pipeline stages, opportunity workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports for sales leadership, covering pipeline, forecasting, activity, and quota attainment.
- Lead Salesforce data quality initiatives, including deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and hygiene audits.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party tools and data sources.
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of sales reps on Salesforce best practices.
- Proactively identify and implement AI workflows to improve end-to-end sales and marketing processes.
- Implement and oversee the technical rollout of account driven GTM, including intent platform, data enrichment tools, AI-enabled research and email workflows, as well as process design and sales training.
- Own HubSpot as the primary administrator, including contact management, campaign setup, lead scoring, and lifecycle tracking.
- Build and optimize lead nurture programs, email workflows, and campaign automations that serve the US healthcare buyer.
- Manage the bi-directional sync between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring clean, consistent data flow and accurate attribution.
- Oversee segmentation, list management, and audience targeting to support targeted outreach across health systems, hospitals, and other care settings.
- Design and manage conversion forms, lead tracking frameworks, and scoring integrations across all marketing campaigns and GTM tactics.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including open rates, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity metrics.
- Build and own the sales and marketing analytics infrastructure, including KPI frameworks, recurring reports, and executive dashboards.
- Deliver actionable insights on pipeline performance, revenue attribution, funnel conversion, and marketing ROI.
- Partner with sales and marketing leaders to define the metrics that matter and build the reporting that makes them visible.
- Analyze historical data to identify trends, forecast performance, and surface opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Support territory planning, account segmentation, and quota-setting with data-driven analysis.
- Maintain and improve data integrity across all revenue systems to ensure trustworthy reporting.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to align systems and data with business priorities.
- Act as the internal expert on revenue operations tooling and best practices.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and proactively propose and implement improvements.
- Support special projects including market expansion initiatives, new product launches, and go-to-market strategy execution.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including configuration, automation, reporting, and data management.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, including marketing automation, workflows, lead management, and CRM integration.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales and marketing analytics, including dashboards, funnel metrics, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong data orientation with experience in data modeling, cleansing, and management across CRM and marketing platforms.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment, ideally selling into enterprise or complex buying organizations.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience selling into or supporting go-to-market teams targeting the US healthcare market (health systems, hospitals, IDNs, physician groups, or similar).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or higher.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub or Operations Hub certification.
- Experience with BI or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Familiarity with revenue intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong, Clari, Chorus) or data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo).
- Experience at a Series A–C stage company, building operations from an early foundation.
