We’re partnering with a fast-growing, Series A Healthcare SaaS company that is changing how physicians and clinical teams access, share, and implement medical best practices across healthcare organizations.

They’re looking for a BDR who knows that getting a physician’s attention requires a little more creativity than adding “Thoughts?” to the end of an email.

🩺 What You’ll Do

• Prospect directly into physicians, clinical leaders, and healthcare organizations
• Research target hospitals, departments, specialties, and individual stakeholders
• Build highly personalized outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach
• Generate approximately 4 highly qualified meetings per month — this is about quality, not vanity metrics
• Partner closely with senior sales leadership to develop new accounts
• Help create and test new outbound strategies as the company continues to scale
• Attend healthcare conferences/events as needed

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience
• Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, Life Sciences, or Healthcare SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Experience prospecting to physicians or difficult-to-reach healthcare stakeholders is a major plus
• Strong account research and personalized prospecting skills
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where you’ll have autonomy to test ideas
• Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Someone who wants to grow — ideally toward an Account Executive opportunity over time

💰 The Good Stuff

$70K–$80K Base | $90K–$110K OTE | Uncapped Commission | Equity | Fully Remote

This is not a “make 100 calls before lunch” BDR job.

It’s a research → strategize → personalize → get the right physician into the conversation kind of job.
