The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Global Enablement to lead Classiq’s global enablement strategy across GTM teams – sales, Tech teams, partner teams, and customer success. It will also lead the creation of high impact training for customers worldwide.

This leader will design, implement, and optimize the programs, tools, and processes that empower our go-to-market teams to execute with excellence, consistency, and scale. The ideal candidate combines a very deep technical background, strong operational and instructional design skills with a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, complex technical sales, and ecosystem partnerships.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, driving readiness, content, and performance improvement across all field teams to accelerate adoption of quantum technology worldwide. It will also be the team that would eventually run the Classiq University.

Responsibilities

Build and Lead Enablement Strategy:

Develop a global enablement framework that aligns marketing, sales, and customer success under a unified go-to-market motion.

Sales & Partner Readiness:

Define onboarding programs, playbooks, and continuous learning paths to upskill sales and partner teams on Classiq’s platform, quantum value propositions, and solution narratives.

Process and Tool Optimization:

Own enablement infrastructure CRM integrations, learning management systems (LMS), content repositories, and analytics dashboards, ensuring seamless access and measurable adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to translate new releases, features, and research into compelling enablement content and field materials.

Content Development:

Produce best-in-class materials including GTM guides, competitive positioning briefs, demo scripts, objection-handling assets, and customer case libraries.

Performance Insights:

Establish KPIs and feedback loops to assess enablement impact on pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue acceleration.

Partner Ecosystem Enablement:

Build certification and training programs for system integrators, academic partners, and technology alliances to extend the Classiq ecosystem.

Leadership & Culture:

Mentor and inspire a team of enablement professionals, creating a learning culture focused on innovation, transparency, and excellence.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or field readiness, ideally in enterprise software.

Specific Quantum background is a must, with strong technical orientation.

Proven success designing and scaling global enablement programs that drive measurable impact.

● Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to align messaging and go-to-market execution. Super customer focused.

● Strong instructional design skills can translate complex technology into simple, compelling narratives and training.

● Data-driven mindset with experience building enablement metrics, dashboards, and ROI tracking.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging executives and technical audiences alike.

● Familiarity with quantum computing R&D environments is a plus.
