We’re looking for a trusted, driven, and highly versatile partner to join us as CEO PA &

Operations.

In this role, you will be the CEO’s true right hand, helping keep day-to-day

priorities running smoothly, support initiatives, and take ownership on complex calendar

and meeting management, coordination across stakeholders and hands-on support for

office operations and related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities and daily schedule with excellent
  • judgment and discretion
  • Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-ups, track action items and ensure
  • execution
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and ensure they are completed end-to-end
  • Support strategic initiatives by driving coordination, research and operational
  • follow-through
  • Partner with the Operations team to support office administration and daily
  • operational needs
  • Lead or support cross-functional operational projects as needed
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, company events, off-sites and visits
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, operations or similar roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and high-volume coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • High levels of discretion, initiative, independence, and exceptional multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong collaboration skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Full proficiency in modern tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft tools, ect
