Cylus is the global leader in rail cybersecurity, helping railway companies avoid security incidents and service disruptions caused by cyber-attacks. Cylus provides a product-based solution; CylusOne™ - the first-to-market solution designed to meet the unique cybersecurity needs of the rail industry. Led by veterans from the elite technological unit of the Israel Defense Forces’ Intelligence Corps, together with top executives from the railway industry, Cylus’ team combines deep expertise in both cybersecurity and rail.
We’re looking for a highly proactive, hands-on, and people-oriented Office Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day office operations and partner on creating a great employee experience.
This is not a classic administrative role — we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, and knows how to get things done.
In this role, you will:
- Own and maintain daily office operations
- Manage office services end-to-end: vendors, facilities, food, parking, meeting rooms, etc.
- Inventory management and procurement of IT equipment
- Handle employee travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings for the management.
- Support monthly payroll preparation and assist with bookkeeping
- Support and execute employee welfare initiatives and office experience activities
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed (e.g., off-sites, company events, customer project hardware shipments, etc.)
- Act as the central point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
We are excited about you if you have:
- +3 years of proven work experience as an office Manager or similar role experience in a Startup/Hi-Tech industry (with +50 employees)
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding vendors (full cycle from negotiations to contract, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, self-driven, and a result-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities in a startup environment
- People-person - motivated by helping others and is truly service-oriented
- Experience with operational system integrations (e.g., Bob, Expensify)
