We help solve important business challenges for customers like New Balance, Lacoste, All Birds, and Steve Madden by automating the full cycle of digital commerce, helping them drive revenue through new and existing channels in a streamlined and cost-efficient way.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and be a key player in executing Cymbio’s sales strategy. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Cymbio, you will be responsible for finding and adding new brands to our all-star roster of customers.

You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the leading names in retail and eCommerce. Your main goal is to generate net new business opportunities (medium and large-sized companies) and manage the entire sales process to close.

You will work with a team of great people, helping to nurture the growth and happiness of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to a close deal:
  • Outbound prospecting - identifying potential companies and personas
  • Cold calling and emailing prospective customers
  • Hold sales calls & meetings
  • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to close deals
  • Negotiate large enterprise contracts and focus on business pains and solutions
  • Have a complete understanding of Cymbio's target market
  • Work closely with all members of the sales team to strategize on targeted accounts to help drive revenue
  • Generate high-quality new business meetings with target companies and decision-makers
  • Participate in in-person events periodically (Shoptalk, NRF, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development at a fast-paced SaaS company
  • A self-starter, driven, dynamic, eager to learn
  • Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills - Must
  • Hands-on with a passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
  • Hungry, passionate, and not afraid to cold-call and meet prospects who have not heard of Cymbio
  • Advantage: experience in retail and/or eCommerce, In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, brands, and trends
