We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR at Cymbio, you will be responsible for generating top-of-funnel opportunities with brands to add to our all-star roster of customers.

You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the leading names in retail and eCommerce. Your goal is to spread the Cymbio gospel by speaking with decision-makers, understanding the way their business works, and identifying areas where Cymbio can boost its sales and brand awareness. You will work with a team of great people, helping to nurture the growth and happiness of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting - identifying potential companies and contacts
  • Cold calling
  • Multi-touch communication tactics across email, phone, LinkedIn, etc with prospective customers
  • Have a complete understanding of Cymbio's target market
  • Work closely with all members of the sales team to strategize on targeted accounts to help drive revenue
  • Generate high-quality new business meetings with target companies and decision-makers

Requirements:

  • Native English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 1+ years of experience in a Business Development/SDR/Sales role in SAAS global companies
  • A self-starter, driven, dynamic, eager to learn
  • Confident in speaking with strangers and accepting rejection
  • Experience in retail and/or eCommerce - Advantage
