WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Prospect new business opportunities into mid-market and enterprise accounts In Spanish speaking LATAM. Predominantly in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile
  • Develop channel partner relationships, conduct account mapping, and participate in channel events. Dedicate at least 60% of your time to field -based sales activities
  • Advance territory plan and work effectively with team members within the assigned territory, including marketing, channel, SDR's, and Sales Engineers
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quota. There is a strong emphasis on generating net new business, including prospecting, demos, and engaging in strategic partnerships with customer and channel partners
  • Provide account analysis, conduct business reviews, and generate accurate revenue forecasts
  • Accurately track and update opportunities in CRM (Salesforce) in a timely manner
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics and quota, with a strong emphasis on generating net new business sales. This includes prospecting, demos and engaging in strategic relationships with customer and channel partners
  • Initiate and manage expansion discussions to drive customer retention. This includes identifying customers goals and requirements, including budgetary constraints and key decision makers

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least 5 years selling cybersecurity solutions (preferably SaaS) carrying a quota with focus on building a greenfield territory and landing new business within mid market and enterprise sector
  • Fluency and comfortability working in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work with channel partners, participate in channel events within your territory
  • Flexibility to travel and have a strong presence. Must be based in Mexico City and be able to travel up to 50% of the time in Spanish speaking LATAM
  • Willingness and interest of working in dynamic and ever-changing work environment with a strong sense or urgency
  • Possess a hunter mentality with a desire to be successful and have a proven track record of landing major accounts against incumbents
  • Experience running a process driven sales cycle selling a highly complex technical solution
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external channel partner teams to sell through and with channel partners and distributors
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with peers, customers, and partners
  • Relevant industry experience in Cybersecurity software subscription SaaS model
  • BA/BS strongly preferred
