What you will do:
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Understand the business needs of our customer through regular scheduled customer meetings
- Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions to address challenges and ensure alignment with program goals, including championing customer product requests within the organization
- Monitor program progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues. Update business systems accordingly
- Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, pilot results and other relevant documentation to stakeholders at various levels
- Define and establish KPI’s within all assigned accounts. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with program outcomes
- Understand the business needs of our customer through regular scheduled customer meetings
What you will have:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Creative, resourceful and passionate
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Proven track record of managing nurturing and expanding assigned accounts via successful program management
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary for this role is between $115,000-140,000
