  • Oversee and manage the marketing generated pipeline, with a strong focus on digital channels
  • Build and optimize our digital inbound "machine," including all paid media (search, social, display), organic media (social, SEO), and operations/tech stack management
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to achieve demand generation targets, ensuring accurate measurement and tracking of KPIs
  • Work closely with the SDR team and Sales team to be a bridge towards improved enablement and conversion rates across the entire marketing funnel
  • Manage MarTech solutions and vendors to ensure streamlined processes
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and other internal teams to ensure a holistic view of the business is seen to drive demand


  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, with a strong background in cybersecurity and digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
  • Experience working with SDR teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects at various levels of scale
  • Ability to report to our Midtown office at least 3 days per week
  • Willingness to thrive in a multinational, fast-paced, startup environment

The base salary for this role is between $170,000-190,000
