Sales Development Team Lead

The Sales Development Team Lead will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities within a defined target market. Key duties include crafting both outbound and inbound strategies, harnessing the capabilities of Outreach for prospecting, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools. The role also requires providing strong, data-driven coaching to the SDR team to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and nurturing leads.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans, including inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Conduct strategic research and prospect into organizations using various tools and techniques.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team-based performance goals and KPIs.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to SDRs using data-driven insights.
  • Become a brand ambassador for Cymulate technology, articulating capabilities and advantages to prospective customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce and sales engagement platforms extensively to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an SDR in a SAAS-based software company, with at least 2 years as a leader or manager.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting into Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
  • Proven skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, along with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • High proficiency in using SDR supporting tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for Cybersecurity.
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment as both a team player and leader.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity - Advantage
  • Ability to speak German or Italian is an advantage
