Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable responsibilities, including new vendor creation (local and foreign), processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system, managing proforma invoices, and AP aging.
- Credit card end-to-end and bank reconciliation.
- Review and process of employees’ expense and travel reports.
- Reporting to tax authorities (VAT, Income Tax, withholding tax/vendors)
- Intercompany reconciliation.
- Support Month Closing process to Trial Balance.
- Support external audit process on a quarterly basis
- Miscellaneous Bookkeeping assignments
Requirements:
- Certified bookkeeper level 1-2. (level 3 - Advantage)
- 4-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from High-tech company - a must
- This is a full-time and on-site position
- Good verbal and written skills in English – Must
- Strong excel skills.
- Experience working with an ERP - Must
- Experience with NetSuite - An advantage.
- Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details.
- A team player with a proactive approach
