As an RMA and project manager, you will:
· Be responsible for the end-to-end RMA process management - ensure timely and accurate processing of product returns, repairs, and replacements while delivering exceptional customer service.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to meet the company’s SLA.
· Definition and implementation of internal RMA process (DS, Engineering and operations).
· Working closely and in cooperation with the Global Services team QA and operations team
· Responsible for status/progress reports and escalated red flags to management
· Manage the logistical relationship with the customers and D-fend’s stakeholders.
· KPI Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RMA processing times, customer satisfaction, and quality standards, reporting performance to management.
Requirements:
- Track record as an RMA manager
- Set customer expectations and maintain customer relationships, providing status updates and setting expectations.
- Excellent familiarity with international logistics and import/export processes.
- Proven working experience as a customer/delivery project manager in similar positions and companies.
- Ability to influence and lead internal & external stakeholders without authority.
- Experience in multidisciplinary systems (HW & SW).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with ERP system (NetSuite).
