Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for preparing and managing the entire payroll process for employees in Israel, from start to finish — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Managing the payroll process for U.S. and global employees while working and coordinating with local providers.
- Collecting and maintaining accurate data in the payroll system, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, pension plans, and employee benefits.
- Monitoring and managing employee attendance records, including absences such as vacation days and military reserve duty.
- Preparing and submitting all required reports and documentation to authorities in accordance with regulations, including forms 101, 102, 106, 161, and 126.
- Providing prompt, professional, and service-oriented responses to employee inquiries while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Tracking employees on unpaid leave, maternity leave, and ensuring compliance with associated rights and benefits.
- Reviewing employee pension and insurance funds, identifying discrepancies, and processing feedback reports.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Payroll Accountant – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a global high-tech company with 150+ employees – Mandatory
- High-level proficiency in English – Mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Proficiency in Hilan payroll software – Mandatory
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience handling payroll outside of Israel, including U.S. payroll processing –Mandatory
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
