The facilities manager will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and facilities operations at D-Fend site in Ra’anana.
The facilities manager will be responsible for ensuring a working environment’s functionality, safety, and efficiency. This includes overseeing maintenance, repairs, and security.
The role involves constant coordination and interaction with internal departments and external service providers, while ensuring continuous, professional, and courteous service to all company employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for: workplace environment, employee safety and security, construction, renovations, furnishings, infrastructure, electricity, cleaning, company vehicles, fire detection and suppression systems, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Building and managing the annual maintenance and facilities budget and plan
  • Efficient space planning and management, including renovations and employee relocations
  • Managing malfunctions, repairs, and prioritization of tasks while maintaining a high level of service
  • Performing preventative and routine maintenance tasks
  • Coordinating and synchronizing all activities with external vendors and company employees
  • Managing the company’s vehicle fleet, including travel logs, vehicle maintenance, and liaising with the leasing company, authorities, and employees

Job Requirements:

  • Technical education or background – required
  • Certified electrician – an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in facilities or maintenance management – required
  • High service orientation
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Hardworking, dynamic, proactive, and reliable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems, especially Excel – required
  • Proficiency in English – an advantage
  • Willingness to work full-time, including intensive and non-standard hours – required
