Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the recruitment process. The role includes managing interview logistics, initial candidate screening, and maintaining smooth communication between candidates and the recruitment team.
This a Full-time position, onsite, based in our Ra’anana office
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers
- Manage calendars and ensure efficient interview logistics
- Review and screen resumes according to job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates
- Source candidates through social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Handle candidate communication, including sending updates and rejection notices
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment function
- Track and update candidate data in the recruitment system (Lever)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment support role – Must
- Familiarity with professional social networks (LinkedIn) – Must
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good level of English
