Description
Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that, up until now, was managed by tons of Excel sheets. We take this scattered and unstructured data and consolidate it into a single source of truth enabling finance professionals to follow it, manage it, and create the ever-needed order within the realm of finances.
We're seeking a visionary Marketing Graphic Designer who combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to elevate our brand presence. As a collaborative leader and independent thinker, you'll inspire our design team while working cross-functionally to transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives. What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and oversee the creation of high-quality visual designs that build on Datarails’ brand strategy and marketing goals across various platforms, including digital and social media
- Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand/concept consistency, while also innovating within those parameters
- Provide organization, direction and support to design team members on design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall creative vision
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions that meet business objectives
- Generate creative concepts and visual language that resonate with target audiences, based on strategic briefs and company KPIs
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep Datarails’ creative output fresh and competitive
- Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for design that reflects in daily work, actively seeking inspiration from industry trends and innovations to bring fresh, creative perspectives to the team
- Create and manage design assets, ensuring proper usage and accessibility across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand and creative services, experience in the B2B SaaS industry
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field;
- Proven portfolio of developing successful brand strategies, creative campaigns, and working with internal and external teams to bring an idea to life
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
- Excellent technical design skills and proficiency in design and project management tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Gen AI tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content/visuals
