Description

Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in finance departments: the overflowing amount of data that, up until now, was managed by tons of Excel sheets. We take this scattered and unstructured data and consolidate it into a single source of truth enabling finance professionals to track it, manage it, and create the ever-needed order within the realm of finances.

We are looking for a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing performance marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and maximize ROI. You will leverage the latest advertising technologies and data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance across multiple digital channels. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with large-scale campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement paid marketing strategies that align with our business goals, leveraging the latest advertising technologies.
  • Create, manage, and optimize large-scale paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and ad agencies to produce high-quality campaigns, contributing to creative copy, banners, and video development.
  • Use analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and inform decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing large-scale campaigns ($100k+ per month) - a must.
  • Proven experience with multiple user acquisition channels including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google and other channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven optimization.
  • Deep understanding of creatives, including experience with creative ideation, brief writing, leveraging data to improve creatives, A/B testing, and deriving learnings.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Excel, including managing large data sets.
  • A "can-do" attitude with a hands-on approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics or an equivalent background
