About The Role
We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager - Paid Search to join our growing team. In this role, you will own and manage large-scale search campaigns that drive user acquisition and maximize ROI, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns using data-driven strategies, leveraging both analytical rigor and creativity to uncover growth opportunities.
This is a hands-on role where you will directly impact pipeline growth in a competitive B2B SaaS market.
What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid search strategies on Google and Bing that align with business goals and growth objectives.
- Design, test, and scale innovative acquisition strategies using advanced bidding models, audience segmentation, and automation/AI-driven optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze large data sets, and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Lead experimentation across ad copy, landing pages, and funnels to identify growth levers and deliver measurable results.
- Be the search expert at the table with leadership, influencing acquisition strategy and investment decisions
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep campaigns competitive.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running large-scale paid search campaigns (budgets of $200k+/month).
- Expertise in Google Ads; Bing Ads experience is a strong plus.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proven track record in creative testing, conversion rate optimization, and full-funnel acquisition strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a growth-oriented mindset and a high sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
