Description
EasySend is a low-code provider of a platform for organizations to build SaaS-based customer-facing interactions, including web-based data collection experiences, document creation and management, and eSignature solutions.
We are looking for a B2B SaaS Enterprise Software Senior Product Manager to lead strategic solutions from conception to execution.
As an experienced, hands-on leader you will own the vision & roadmap of a dedicated R&D team set to empower worldwide organizations (Banks, Insurers, and more) to create customer-facing digital processes.
Responsibilities:
- Create lovable products by driving product strategy and overseeing the end-to-end product development process
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach addressing real customer pain points constantly engaging with customers and analyzing user and usability data
- Define and own product life cycle: From market research to scoping and requirements definition, UI and UX, KPIs, and working with the R&D teams
- Cooperate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery / Professional Services, and Marketing on taking the product to market
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a B2B SaaS Enterprise Software Product Manager in a leading web / SaaS product company, building amazing SaaS products - must
- Significant experience in product management of Enterprise Software SaaS products for verticals such as insurance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science
- A solid understanding of web software and architectures
- Excellent eye for UI and Customer Experience, and the supporting concepts and methods
- Deep familiarity with the tools and methods of working with R&D and designers in an Agile environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Intelligence, curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking when identifying market opportunities and solving customer problems
