About Us
We know the title says - "About Us". But really, it’s all about you.
At Evinced, we believe the way to make a true difference starts with our team, people passionate about solving complex technical challenges and creating a positive impact.
Forget about the buzzwords, want to work on products that break barriers and build an inclusive digital space?
At Evinced, you’ll be developing disruptive new ways for large enterprises to build accessible web and mobile apps that work for everyone, by developing AI-enabled tools and frameworks that find, cluster, and track accessibility problems automatically, saving developers time and reducing risk.
Ready to make your impact on different products, the roadmap, and most importantly - on billions of people worldwide who experience disabilities?
It’s more than a job, it’s a mission.
Your Team
You’ll join Evinced’s US enterprise sales team on the Expansion side, owning a portfolio of existing Fortune 500 customers and growing them into strategic, multi-year partnerships. This role is less about the hard close and more about the relationship: becoming a genuine trusted advisor, someone customers call first, who understands their world deeply and is relentlessly focused on their success. You spot whitespace because you understand the account, and you turn a successful landing into land-and-expand momentum. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Technical Account Management, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering, and report directly to the VP of Sales.
The role is fully remote, we are looking for someone based in any of the USA states, willing to travel approximately 25–40%.
Your Impact
- Own renewals, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
- Become the trusted advisor your customers rely on — understand their roadmap, their pain, and their success metrics better than anyone, and advocate for them internally.
- Build and sustain deep, multi-threaded partnerships across customer champions, executive sponsors, and day-to-day users.
- Build strategic account plans that map stakeholders, identify whitespace, and drive upsell and cross-sell.
- Grow ARR by expanding Evinced’s footprint into new teams, business units, and use cases within existing customers.
- Partner closely with Technical Account Managers and Customer Success to ensure adoption, value realization, and reference-ability — you see keeping customers healthy as part of the job, not someone else’s problem.
- Navigate multi-year expansion and renewal cycles, coordinating legal, procurement, and security as needed.
- Deliver accurate renewal and expansion forecasts with disciplined CRM hygiene.
Your Qualities
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS experience in roles centered on growing and retaining customers — account management, expansion, and renewals.
- A proven relationship-builder: a track record of becoming a genuine trusted advisor to enterprise customers, not just a vendor they buy from.
- Background in or strong exposure to customer success, technical account management, or customer support — you know how to keep customers happy and successful, and it shows in your retention and expansion numbers.
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts through land-and-expand, upsell, and cross-sell within Fortune 500 logos.
- Skilled at multi-threaded relationship management and strategic account planning across long cycles.
- Comfortable with a technical product — able to translate adoption and usage into measurable business value and roadmap alignment.
- Excellent executive presence and communication, with the patience, empathy, and structure that long partnerships require.
- Based in the United States, comfortable working fully remote, and willing to travel approximately 25–40%.
- Self-directed, coachable, and energized by an ambiguous, fast-moving growth-stage environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior hands-on customer success or customer support experience earlier in your career.
- Experience in developer tools, testing/quality, DevOps, or digital experience platforms.
- Familiarity with digital accessibility (WCAG, ADA/Section 508) or the a11y ecosystem.
