At Firefly, we are looking for a talented US based Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. It is a fully remote position.

As a Growth Marketing Manager you’ll develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through digital channels. You’ll manage and optimize various marketing campaigns, from paid search and social media to affiliate retargeting campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, and events—to drive demand and brand awareness with key decision makers and generate new qualified sales pipeline
  • Continuously analyze the effectiveness of all demand and lead-generating marketing channels and campaigns to determine which efforts to abandon, adjust, or scale
  • Light, short-form copywriting support, utilizing best practices, with various short-form campaign tactics, including emails, abstracts, scripts, and similar tactics
  • Track and share all metrics that measure the health and growth of our marketing funnel, including MQLs, SQLs, marketing-sourced qualified opportunities, pipeline, conversion rates, velocity, cost per channel, cost per opportunity, and more
  • Identify and onboard new marketing technologies, digital agencies, and vendors that will maximize qualified traffic and leads and improve our marketing reach and efficiency
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships within the industry to expand brand reach and drive mutual growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with Sales to define and execute a multi-channel ABM program that generates interest with target accounts and accelerates pipeline

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including experience with ABM and inbound lead generation
  • Demonstrable success in developing and deploying ROI-positive demand and lead generation programs at scale (ABM experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • You are creative, resourceful, and innovative, always coming up with new ideas and ways of doing things differently
  • Experience managing budgets and ability to balance competing priorities effectively

  • You have experience marketing to software engineers
