Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Specialist you will

• Work with customers in the fields of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering.
• Act as a product champion, assisting customers with technical support, providing solutions for complex issues including cloud technology matters.
• Build and manage product operation tools to streamline our processes and improve product efficiency.
• Collaborate with product analytics, engineering, sales and customer success teams to gather insights, optimize product performance, and guide strategic decisions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clarity and articulating the value and benefits of our products.
• Continuously enhance customer experience and drive adoption of Firefly's solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

You should join us if you have

• A DevOps Course graduate or a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (GPA of 85+ preferred).
• Up to one year of experience in a related role or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python, and Cloud Technologies (AWS for example).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
