Growthspace seeks a dynamic and experienced product Growth manager to join our rapidly growing company.

As a Product Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of growth strategies aimed at driving user activation, engagement, product utilization, and retention. Your focus will be on developing strategies to increase product utilization and retention by performing data analysis and creating relevant assets. In addition, You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and adoption of new features and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive long-term product growth initiatives, focusing on activation, monetization, and retention.
  • Optimizing marketing assets to enhance product usage and retention.
  • Drive marketing channels like emails and in-app notifications to increase user engagement metrics.
  • Matrix collaboration with CS, product, sales, and operations to successfully launch and scale new features and initiatives.
  • Consistently analyze data and competition to locate relevant opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or growth roles for SaaS or technology products, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Proven experience in collaborating and optimizing product funnels to drive adoption and usage.
  • Proven record of developing and executing marketing strategies that increase user activation and revenue by prioritizing and implementing changes throughout the product.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA
