You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products are functional and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities:

• UX Design: Develop detailed UX designs and specifications for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and meet user needs.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Analyze results and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience.
• Information Architecture: Design and organize information structures to improve navigation and ease of use.
• Interaction Design: Create engaging and interactive experiences that enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
• UI Design: While the focus is on UX, you will also be responsible for ensuring the visual design is attractive and aligns with our brand identity.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize findings to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on user experience.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across a range of digital products.
• Proficient in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
