About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and support the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
This role includes managing the Accounts Payable cycle as well as handling the monthly payroll process for Israeli employees, working closely with HR and managers and external providers.
Responsibilities
Manage the full Accounts Payable process, from invoice receipt to payment
Process and record vendor invoices in NetSuite
Prepare and process vendor payments (local and international)
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage the monthly payroll process for Israeli employees, including working with the payroll provider and HR
Review payroll reports and ensure accuracy of salaries, benefits, and deductions
Handle communication with pension funds, tax authorities, and other payroll-related entities
Ensure proper documentation and approvals for purchases and expenses
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
Assist with audit preparations and documentation
3–5 years of accounting experience
Mandatory experience with NetSuite
Mandatory experience managing payroll for Israeli employees
Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2/3) – advantage
Experience working with international vendors and multi -currency environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Fluent Hebrew and good English
