Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify procurement needs and assist in developing effective strategies aligned with our budget and objectives.
  • Support the cultivation of relationships with suppliers, assisting in negotiation efforts to secure competitive prices, quantities, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in processing purchase requests accurately and in compliance with internal protocols, providing regular updates on order statuses to management.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments through research, contributing to informed purchasing decisions that drive business growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to refine procurement processes and enhance efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of our procurement function.
  • Supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft 365 Office (Google Sheets and Excel).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Relevant degrees in business administration, economics, supply chain management, or related fields.
  • Any experience in procurement roles is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
  • Any experience in NetSuite is an advantage.
  • Availability for a part-time position (55%)
