Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Sales Professional with proven experience in executing field sales methodologies while relying on outbound efforts for lead generation, engagement, establishing relationships, and closing deals on the ground.

  • Quota carrying position: Individual revenue quota.
  • Outbound Sales - Own your sales cycle from A to Z.
  • Lead generation while becoming a part of the local business community within the short-term rental sphere.
  • Conducting live product demonstrations in person or via video calls.
  • Manage prospect communication and Pipeline in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects in your target list.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Close deals!
  • Research your target market and provide ongoing feedback to relevant teams (product, marketing, sales, strategy).

Guesty is forming a new field sales team in the US (specific locations TBD). We built a world-class inbound sales organization.

Requirements

  • Technological Sales experience of 5+ years.
  • Emphasis on Outbound & field sales.
  • Over-achieving track record in past positions.
  • A closer at heart.
  • Previous sales methodology training, CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills + the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
  • SaaS sales experience - MUST.
  • Travel / Hospitality tech sales -MUST.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial approach that is independent, creative, passionate, and approachable.
  • Languages - English (mother tongue) is required.
  • Additional languages (Spanish) - a plus

Compensation range- 140-180 OTE Annually
