We’re looking for a talented Payments Operation Manager to join the Payments team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks within the Payments department, such as reviewing processing accounts, handling user cases, and escalating issues.
  • Work closely with end users (via the ticketing system, and calls), ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development, implementation, and documentation of operational procedures and tools.
  • Assist in collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and drive process improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics related to the Payments department to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate key metrics, performance insights, summaries, or operational updates.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Results-Driven: A strong focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering results, with a proven ability to get things done and see tasks through from start to finish.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively without compromising quality.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions with strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent Coordination & Communication: Ability to effectively manage tasks and resources while clearly conveying information and fostering collaboration among team members.
  • Initiative & Proactivity: Decisive and capable of taking independent actions, demonstrating leadership when necessary, while remaining open to learning and adapting.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and a team player.
  • Fluent in English: both written and spoken.
  • Advantage: Previous experience in payments, operations, or related fields is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite (Spain office)
