We are growing and looking for a business-centric thinker with “snazzier” language to join our product marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand, adoption, and the overall success of our suite of products. From enterprise clients all the way to product-led growth. This role requires self-motivation and a desire to address complex GTM challenges, know how to drive buy-in from stakeholders and be a master of goal-setting and planning. Your day-to-day will involve inspiring your team with sales-oriented thinking and using your stellar communication skills, empathy, and deep business acumen.

This role also requires a proven ability to execute strategically with a focus on measurable outcomes across, acquisition, retention, and expansion. You’ll spend time with customers learning about their needs and challenges. As a critical thinker and catalyst for change, you’ll develop and drive key initiatives and cross-functional programs required to increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Guesty’s strategy and product teams to craft and implement comprehensive GTM strategies, focusing on individuals, mid-market, and enterprise customers. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, enhancing product activation, leading product releases, improving competitive win rates, and strategizing expansion plays.
  • Craft differentiated PLG upsell strategies and campaigns that effectively target specific user segments, address their unique needs and pain points, and highlight the value of premium features to drive conversion and increase overall customer lifetime value
  • Develop key product value propositions into engaging, simple, business-outcome-aligned messaging that captures ‘the why’ for each stakeholder.
  • Characterize creative specs and collaborate with the design team to bring your ideas to life
  • Forge robust partnerships with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, success, and marketing.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a SaaS company
  • B.A graduate in a relevant field (business administration, business design, service design, industrial engineering, communication etc.) with strong academic performance
  • Have a strong methodical approach to planning and executing collateral projects
  • A passion for brand, design, infographics and storytelling
  • Experience in applying design sprints and service design methodologies - advantage
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and excel in a high-paced, continuously changing environment
  • Optimistic, team player, fast learner, and curious beyond belief
  • Native English speaker (optional) with strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
