As a Business Programs Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our Business Program’s performance, by supporting both the Company and our users’ needs, and building processes to constantly improve our program’s offerings. This position requires analytical skills, service awareness and orientation to details. You will be responsible for supporting the operational needs of our programs, to allow us higher efficiency and the ability to expand to new markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead key analyses - Conduct in-depth analysis on critical KPIs like conversion, churn and business performance.
- Support the operational needs of our business programs, including managing relationships with partners, tracking user’s claims and tickets and more.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity, where the company can improve its programs in order to increase retention.
- Generating periodic internal reports to measure KPIs and to identify users’ trends.
- Generating periodic reports for users to help them improve their business efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the improvement and growth of the different programs and to meet our users’ needs.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS company - An advantage.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to to draw conclusions.
- Proactive and self-driven with a "go-getter" and a “problem-fixer” mentality.
- Ability to understand and communicate the value of products to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in G-suite, excel, Office.
