About the role

Are you a current or former CPA with a passion for tech? Ledge is looking for a Solutions Engineer with a background in accounting or finance who’s eager to make an impact in the fintech world.

This role is perfect for someone who understands financial operations deeply and is ready to bridge that knowledge into a technical client-facing role. You’ll help financial teams integrate with our platform, streamline operations, and leverage data for better decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Translate finance/accounting workflows into technical solutions
• Lead implementation and integration projects with enterprise clients
• Advise clients on how to best configure Ledge to match their internal processes
• Work closely with product to influence roadmap based on financial user needs
• Scope, test, and launch custom solutions, ensuring long-term client success
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot and iterate on technical builds
• Document best practices and provide finance-focused enablement to internal teams

What we're looking for

• CPA (or equivalent) with 5+ years of hands-on accounting/finance experience
• 1+ year in a technical role or demonstrated technical aptitude (APIs, integrations, etc.) - advantage
• Strong problem-solving mindset and love for process optimization
• Great communicator, especially when translating between finance and tech teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems, accounting software, or B2B SaaS platforms
• Based in Tel Aviv and available for full-time, on-site work
• Full professional proficiency in English - must
