Description

We are looking for an experienced HR, operations, and finance manager to lead all HR aspects of our global team.

On a day to day, you will:

  • Manage and implement full recruiting cycles. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify recruitment needs, plan the hiring process workflow, open new roles, compile a consistent list of requirements, and interview candidates. Create a delightful candidate experience by effectively communicating and automating communication flows.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including creating a positive new hire onboarding experience, offboarding, and ensuring full compliance with hiring and employment laws in each applicable country and state.
  • Be the first point of contact for employee questions. Run the company benefits renewal process, assist in administering the company performance management process, etc.
  • Own all aspects of global payroll and payroll operations, such as reimbursements, travel credits, meal plans, and payments for full-time and part-time employees, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in HR or HR operations. Ideally, in a startup environment.
  • Fluency in English with great verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good social skills

Bonus (but not a must):

  • History of being an early employee at a startup, scaling a team from 10 to 30+ employees.
  • Familiarity with the Deaf community, Deaf culture, and ASL
  • Experience managing teams.
  • ⁠Open to traveling between the U.S and Israel
