We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to take ownership on our end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes and join our Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will optimize sales workflows, align strategy with execution, and drive meaningful results.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, support scalable growth, and future-proof our operations. If you have a talent for building efficient processes, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own E2E business projects - work closely with business stakeholders from initiation and evaluation to execution and roll- out stages.
  • Build tools, reports and processes to measure sales metrics, forecasts and KPIs.
  • Drive improvements and innovative projects in customer sales cycle and sales management.
  • New RFI/ RFP coordination/ submission
  • Deliver robust systems and solutions to internal and external teams, focusing on technical flows, user experience, and data integrity.
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all sales related issues and provide leadership for power users and field members.
  • SDR
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, training guides, comprehensive documentation of processes and workflows and communication collateral related to tools and resources.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to the sales leadership team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate reports into actionable insights and ensure results are monitored and optimized.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or customer success operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong experience as a - Must.
  • DealHub Admin User - advantage
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while balancing stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate effectively across the organization.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a passion for working with numbers and data.
  • Curious, independent, rigorous, Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent English - reading, writing, and speaking.
