We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this critical role, you will lead the planning and execution of field marketing programs designed to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation across key markets. You will partner closely with Sales and Demand Generation to deliver impactful events, targeted campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives that elevate Navina's presence and accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and partner events that align with strategic business goals.
  • Drive demand generation and support ABM initiatives through event activations, VIP dinners, exclusive sessions for key U.S. accounts, regional campaigns, and multi-channel strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to craft impactful themes, targeted messaging, and localized content, ensuring brand consistency across all event experiences.
  • Map out annual event and campaign calendars aligned with business strategy, managing resources for maximum impact and strategic alignment. Analyze event performance to optimize engagement and ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and influencers to elevate Navina's visibility and influence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing, preferably in health tech or SaaS, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Healthcare Industry experience is a big plus
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance metrics, reporting, and analysis.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support events and field initiatives.
