We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager who is passionate about leveraging data to elevate healthcare. This role focuses on the data platform product, where you will oversee the processing and structuring of data from multiple healthcare sources to build Navina’s patient data lake, providing users with a complete, accurate, and actionable understanding of their patients.

Responsibilities

  • Shape Navina’s Data Platform roadmap by aligning business needs with scalable, high-quality data solutions.
  • Translate user needs into prioritized product specifications. Make tough prioritization decisions on a day-to-day basis.
  • Define data processing flows, including API design, data contracts, and data serving, to unify data within the Navina platform and establish a single source of truth across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Medical, and Data teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management in SAAS B2B/ B2B2C company.
  • Experience in managing technical products that rely on complex data engineering.
  • Strong grasp of data flows, API design, data contracts, and data serving.
  • Experience shaping data platforms for usability and scale, with the ability to balance cost, quality, and availability.
  • Data driven, with the ability to both ask the right questions and to analyze data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew.
  • Great team player with excellent personal skills.
