We are looking for an experienced B2B Content Marketing Specialist to create high-impact, multi-channel content that drives awareness, accelerates demand, and strengthens our brand across multiple channels – digital and offline.
You’ll play a critical role in telling Navina’s story, writing content that educates, engages, and inspires our audience of healthcare executives, including clinical, innovation, operations, and quality leadership across provider groups, health systems, and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This role is highly dynamic and hands-on, ideal for a versatile and creative storyteller with strong performance-marketing instincts.
Responsibilities
Content Development & Storytelling
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand content across a wide range of assets: emails, website copy, social posts, blog articles, landing pages, digital ads, case studies, videos, event collateral, and more.
- Translate complex clinical AI concepts into accessible narratives tailored to executive healthcare audiences.
- Partner with internal and external SMEs to develop content themes, webinar scripts, panel playbooks, and thought-leadership materials.
- Support brand initiatives by ghostwriting thought leadership posts, bylines, award submissions, speaking abstracts, and PR-related content.
Digital & Performance Copywriting
- Craft high-performing copy for LinkedIn ads, Google Search, Display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to A/B test messaging and continuously optimize for CTR, CVR, CPL, and overall campaign performance.
- Write and refine landing page content to maximize paid campaign conversion rates.
Email Marketing & ABM Support
- Develop targeted email campaigns and BDR outreach templates segmented by persona, organization type, and ABM tier.
- Write nurture journeys, marketing newsletters, and webinar/event engagement programs that support pipeline creation.
Social Media Management
- Own and optimize Navina’s social media presence—primarily LinkedIn—managing the content calendar, publishing cadence, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives for both organic and paid social campaigns.
- Track social performance and proactively recommend strategies to grow organic reach and influence.
SEO/GEO & Organic Growth
- Manage SEO and GEO efforts in collaboration with an agency, ensuring all content is optimized for search visibility, keyword strategy, and brand discoverability.
- Develop SEO-informed content and maintain best practices across web and blog content.
Requirements
- Native English speaker with stellar writing skills - MUST
- 4+ years of experience in a content writing role at an enterprise B2B tech company
- Highly savvy in social media management (content, best practices)
- Proven experience with email marketing (cold outreach, nurture campaigns, marketing emails, newsletters)
- Strong understanding of performance copy for digital paid media and display advertising, as well as SEO best practices.
- Ability to work self-sufficiently as well as collaboratively, and excel in a high-paced, complex environment
- Ability to execute on multiple deliverables simultaneously with quick turnaround times
- College degree in English literature, marketing, journalism, or related field
- Experience with marketing tools like Monday, Slack, Miro, Hubspot, Canva, and video editing tools – advantage
- Experience in health tech – huge advantage
